Born in 1964  in El Paso, Texas and raised throughout the United States and Europe as an Army brat,  Ann ended her formal education, after one year of college.

Being exposed to many different cultures and customs throughout her childhood and upbringing, she had a yearning for, and was greatly influenced by art of all mediums.

She never quite found her niche' until the day she met master  flameworker Robert Mickelsen. 

That chance meeting totally changed her life.   

For over five years, Ann worked exclusively with Mr. Mickelsen as his Personal Assistant and Studio Manager. 

Mr. Mickelsen has since become her good friend, teacher and mentor, introducing to her what would later become an utter and absolute obsession with glass.

With heartfelt encouragement, and much enthusiasm from her friends and colleagues, Ann has since created her own company, Moonlight Inspirations.  

She now sells her own designs, along with collaberative works with other artists,  marketing her work exclusively through galleries.

Ann currently resides in West Melbourne, Florida.
